Great app, just a wee bit lacking

A few issues with the app:

1. Should be able to adjust the font size
2. On iPad, if devices volume is all the way down, theres no reason why the Haman sounds should play when tapped. Accidental tapping is quite unpleasant, to say the least. Please enable muting
3. Would be helpful to include Edot Hamizrach post-Megillah brachot nusach
